Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery by contacting support@ryonagitokyo.com. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and suitable for resale.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos or video. We will review the case and offer a replacement, refund or other remedy where appropriate.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
